The vast majority of us will never have an opportunity to drive on the Nurburgring, nevermind race on the world famous track at night. But thankfully that’s why racing games exist and  is shaping up to be one of the best the series has ever seen. If you grew up playing  games on various PlayStation systems, you’ll know past titles featured the Nurburgring 24 Hours race, where gamers had to actually race for 24 hours. There was even a time where there weren’t mid-race saves, so players had to leave their consoles on for several days in order to complete the race. At least now, competing in the virtual Nurburgring 24 Hours has never looked better.
