The Lamborghini Smartphone is as Ridiculous as You'd Expect

Lamborghini’s new smart phone will only set you back $2,500.

The Tonino Lamborghini Alpha One smartphone is manufactured from what the company calls “liquid metal” LiquidAlloy and features a 5.5-inch 2K AMOLED screen, dual-SIM capability, fingerprint unlock, a 3,250 mAh battery, a 20-megapixel rear camera, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM. There’s 64GB of storage onboard with up to 128GB of expandable storage and runs Android Nougat.

For the most part, the specs are consistent with other high-end Android devices, but the Tonino Lamborghini Alpha One is sold for over three times as much. It’s quite the premium for some handmade Italian black leather on your phone and a fancy Lamborghini emblem, especially when we’re not really sure what “LiquidAlloy” really is.

But hey, at least it’s a modern smartphone, unlike the Ferrari-branded Vertu from a few years ago that was extremely outdated in terms of technology.
