Another One of Jerry Seinfeld's Old Cars is Heading to Auction

The 997-generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS was originally purchased by actor and comedian Jerry Seinfeld.

Set to cross the auction block at the Russo and Steele’s Monterey auction, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS is one of only 917 units ever produced for the U.S. Powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six engine, the 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS features 415 horsepower and was the first Porsche RS or GT3 model to feature an electronically adjustable suspension system.

This is just another one of many cars that have recently crossed the auction block that were either owned or previously owned by Jerry Seinfeld. Most recently, a Lotus Exige was sold for $90,400, fetching more than its estimated $65,000 to $75,000 value.

Last year, Seinfeld sold off 17 of his collectible cars for a total of $22.2 million. Most of them were Porsche sports cars, which makes us wonder why the comedian is getting rid of his Porsche collection.

Look for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS to cross the auction block sometime between August 17 and August 19.
