Wimbledon Finalist Milos Raonic Signs on as Jaguar Brand Ambassador

Canadian tennis player and Wimbledon finalist Milos Raonic has signed on as Jaguar’s new global brand ambassador.

As part of the new agreement, Raonic will wear Jaguar’s logo on his kit in future matches and will “work on special projects to support the brand’s commitment to tennis,” Jaguar says. The Montenegro-born 26-year old will also drive a Jaguar F-Pace as part of the deal – which is also the official car of The Championships.

“Jaguar is a global brand that I really admire and I am delighted to be joining them to work together throughout Wimbledon and beyond,” Raonic said in a statement. “Having their support going into The Championships next week is going to be fantastic. Wimbledon is one of the toughest tournaments on the circuit. I look forward to playing on grass as it allows me to enforce my aggressive game style and keep my opponents off balance.”

In his outing to Wimbledon last year, Raonic beat out David Goffin and Roger Federer to move into the finals, where he lost to fellow Jaguar ambassador Andy Murray. He’ll be looking to repeat the strong performance this year when Wimbledon kicks off on July 3rd.

“We are absolutely thrilled that Milos Raonic has come on board as a global brand ambassador for Jaguar,” said Jaguar experiential marketing director Mark Cameron. “Milos is a young and exciting talent in world tennis and we have no doubt he will go on to great things in the coming years. We are also excited to see Milos unveil the Jaguar patch on his playing kit next week.”
