Porsche Design Takes Luxury Living to a Whole New Level

The new Porsche Design Tower Miami caters to rich car enthusiasts with a very special feature: an elevator for your car.

It’s the first residential real estate project of Porsche, with the 60-story tower’s most unique feature being a patented, revolutionary automobile elevator lift system. Nicknamed the “Dezervator,” it can carry both residents and their vehicles up to their luxurious home in the sky. In fact, it allows owners to literally have their vehicle at their front door.

Other luxurious amenities in the tower includes plunge pools and outdoor summer kitchens on the balconies of almost every unit. It’s a first in Miami and is a feature typically reserved only for the most elite penthouses.

There’s a total of 132 units, with each one starting in the $6- to $8-million range. Not surprisingly, most are already spoken for (six units remain) and that includes a $32 million, four-story penthouse. According to Fox News, 22 billionaires are among the new owners.

And if you’re wondering how on Dezervator serves all those people, fear not. There’s actually three in the tower.

“It is an especially proud and remarkable moment to debut the first-ever Porsche Design Tower,” says Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development. “Simply put, there is no other building in the world with the same level of groundbreaking ingenuity and superlative quality as Porsche Design Tower Miami. This iconic tower has not only redefined Miami’s skyline, but residential luxury as we know it.”
