First Ever BMW M3 CS Showcased in New Video

The all-new BMW M3 CS has been introduced and now there’s a video showcasing the sports sedan.

Sporting 453 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque, the first-ever BMW M3 CS is also the most powerful standard production vehicle of all time in the M3 series. The German automaker has also revealed the sports sedan turned in a 7:38 lap time on the world famous Nurburgring, putting it in the category as the Lexus LFA and Porsche Panamera Turbo. And since we all have to wait until next year before the M3 CS arrives, BMW has released a video that gives us a glimpse of what to expect.

The video is a bit strange, highlighting athletes in their respective sports while cutting in footage of the M3 CS driving. It’s a bit dramatic and BMW likely intended the video to be motivational, but it just doesn’t work very well together. Hopefully next time BMW just releases 90 seconds of footage showing the M3 CS tearing up the Nurburgring, so we can enjoy that exhaust note in its full glory.
