BMW has released a teaser image of what is likely the BMW Z4 Concept that is expected to debut at the 2017 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
The German automaker shared the above teaser image on social media, confirming the rest of the “stunning vehicle” will be revealed at Pebble Beach on Aug. 17. While it may be easy to believe it’s a concept for an 8 Series Convertible, especially since it’s also set to debut at Monterey Car Week, previous reports pegged the BMW Z4 Concept to debut at the event. The size and shape also indicate it’s a two-seater, and the 8 Series will seat four.
Spy photographers have caught prototypes of the BMW Z4 testing multiple times now looking like it’s very close to production.

It’s likely what we see at the event will closely resemble the finished product since it’s reportedly in the final stages of testing. The new BMW Z4 is expected to go on sale late 2018.
