BMW Adds Yet Another Random Limited Edition Model to its Lineup

The BMW 6 Series M Sport Limited Edition has just been unveiled as the German automaker continues to saturate its lineup with special models.

The special edition will be available starting April 2017 for the 6 Series Coupe, 6 Series Convertible, and 6 Series Gran Coupe models as a new equipment variant, offered in conjunction with the M Sports package. The BMW 6 Series M Sport Limited Edition includes the Sonic Speed Blue metallic exterior paint finish, which is available on the 2017 model year for the very first time. There are also 20-inch M light alloy wheels in Bicolor finish with M-specific double-spoke design and carbon fiber mirror caps.

There are a few changes on the inside as well, with the front seats getting BMW Individual Merino full leather in Black/Fjord Blue. The seats will be exclusive to the limited edition model and are complemented with floor mats featuring Fjord Blue contrast piping. Carbon fiber can be seen on the gear selector lever and door sill cover strips, that are also colored blue with the inscription “M Sport Limited Edition.”

No pricing was announced for the BMW 6 Series M Sport Limited Edition, nor did BMW disclose how many units it will produce.
