2018 Nissan Pathfinder Gets $500 Price Increase, New Standard Features

The 2018 Nissan Pathfinder goes on sale this week in the U.S.

Priced from $31,765 including destination, the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder adds new additional features including standard Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), an enhanced Midnight Edition appearance package, and an innovative Rear Door Alert (RDA) system. Nissan has also added two new exterior colors for the 2018 model year: Scarlet Ember and Midnight Pine. Other changes include standard Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC) and NissanConnectSM with Navigation and Services on Pathfinder SL grade, additional four USB ports for six total, and revised option package naming and content.

The 2018 Nissan Pathfinder is available in four trim levels: S, SV ($34,455), SL ($38,475), and Platinum ($43,295). Four-wheel drive is available on all trim levels for $1,690 additional.

2017 Nissan Pathfinder Review

The new Pathfinder Midnight Edition was actually introduced late in the 2017 model year, but was exclusive on the Platinum grade. This year, it has been moved to the more popular SL model and adds black 20-inch Midnight Edition wheels, black mirror caps, black spoiler, black roof rails, black grille surround, black front and rear fascia accents, black license plate finisher, black badging, black splash guards, illuminated kick plates, exterior approach lighting, and available Midnight Edition floor mats. Buyers will have a choice of Pearl White, Gun Metallic, and Magnetic Black exterior paint shades for the Midnight Edition.
