The Acura ILX is getting a refresh that will debut at this year’s LA Auto Show.
According to the Japanese automaker, the 2016 Acura ILX will be “substantially new” as the company aims to raise the stakes again in the entry-level premium sedan segment. Though details are being kept light, the 2016 Acura ILX is getting a comprehensive update that includes a new powertrain, sportier exterior styling and an upgraded interior.

Expect the 2016 Acura ILX to get influence from the new TLX with more focus on performance while still delivering a value on comfort, convenience and safety. The 2016 Acura ILX will debut on November 20 at the 2014 LA Auto Show but expect more teasers and leaks before then.
