Here's Proof One New Electric Supercar Can Actually Drive

Vanda Electrics has released a short video of its Dendrobium electric supercar driving under its own power.  

It’s understandable if you’re a bit skeptical each time a random electric supercar debuts at a major auto show. It seems these days that there’s a new one at every show, some of which never make it past the concept stage. Vanda Electrics however, wants to prove its car is ready to go.

It’s a short video, but it proves the Dendrobium runs and it sure looks fast accelerating down the road. The company is aiming for production to start in 2019 and the plan is to produce them “in the tens, rather than the hundreds.” According to , Vanda says it has already received a number of orders for the Dendrobium.
