Whether you’re a fan of Christmas music or not, it’s basically inescapable this time of year.
We’ve caught ourselves rushing our groceries just to get out of the store and flee from the forced holiday cheer, but sometimes you just have to accept your defeat. Others are different and will happily jam out to Lee Perry’s Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree out of their own free will, which are exactly the type of folk traffic app Waze recently analyzed for a recent study focused on driving during the holidays.

Waze used Spotify data as well as some of its own to find out what the most popular Christmas songs for drivers are this year. The list of songs is hardly surprising – if you’ve been out and about doing some seasonal shopping, you’ve probably if at least one of these playing through a store’s speakers. They may not be your personal driving songs of choice, but at this time of the year, they are everywhere.
