The 2017 Honda Civic Si is priced from $24,775 including destination and it goes on sale this weekend.
Both the coupe and sedan models have the same starting price and the only option is the addition of summer tires for $200. All 2017 Honda Civic Si models are paired to a six-speed manual transmission, with the turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine returning 28 mpg in the city and 38 mpg on the highway for a 32-mpg combined rating. As the first turbocharged Civic Si in the model’s storied history, it offers 205 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque and is also lighter than the previous Si. Honda says the sedan is 96 pounds lighter at 2,906 lb, while the coupe tips the scales at 2,889 lbs, making it 113 lbs lighter than before.

Along with more aggressive styling on the outside, the Honda Civic Si models have a more rigid body and upgraded chassis components, including an adaptive electric power steering system with variable ratios, sport-tuned suspension featuring a two-mode adaptive damper system, a helical limited-slip differential, larger 12.3-inch front brake rotors and wider 235/40 R18 tires with the available summer tire option. Further upgrades to the suspension include stiffer spring rates, more rigid stabilizer bars, solid front and rear compliance bushings and ultra-rigid front upper control arms shared with the track-ready Civic Type R.
