There’s nothing the Stig loves more than a fast machine.
The BBC reached out to YouTube’s Colin Furze to create a one-of-a-kind machine for the Stig, and Furze ended up making a bumper car packing a 600-cc motorcycle engine with 100 horsepower. If you’ve never heard of Furze, he’s all about cramming crazy engines into unconventional machines, and he has fabricated creations like the world’s fastest baby stroller and a hilarious “MotorHorse.” So needless to say, he was the right man for the job of building what is essentially a three-wheel dodgem with 100 hp, and the Stig is the perfect pilot to set a world record in it.

In order to set the Guinness World Record, the Stig had to drive the bumper car to an average speed of 100 mph and we’re sure you know the outcome since and Furze wouldn’t be sharing these videos had they not accomplished the task.
