CARS.COM — The next generation of Rolls-Royce's flagship Phantom debuts next week, and the brand just dropped a teaser image of the new car, depicting a murky profile of its hood lit by LED headlights. Aside from adding a few new models to the range, the Phantom hasn't seen a major update since the 2003 model year.
