Acura has a new design language and front grille that will soon be featured on all its models.

At the 2016 New York Auto Show, the Japanese automaker rolled out the new 2017 Acura MDX, showing off its new Diamond Pentagon grille, which itself was first seen on the dazzling Acura Precision Concept. The folks over at  have decided to see how that new grille will look on the Acura TLX, which will likely be updated for the 2018 model year.

The front grille has been sized to be similar to the existing one and  also took the time to adjust the new headlights accordingly.

The particular render you see here is an imagination of how a TLX Type-S would look, with a more aggressive front bumper design and darker elements like its wheels.

The Acura TLX was introduced in late 2014 as a replacement for both the TL and TSX models.
