Today we compare two relatively forgotten sedans in the luxury segment. Infiniti’s Q70 and the Acura RLX face off in our latest poll. Which of these four-door cars do YOU prefer? Let’s VOTE and find out!

Kicking things off, we start with the Infiniti. The brand’s Q70 serves as their default flagship model. It’s an attractive car, with smooth and swoopy style. But underneath that curvaceous sheet metal is real power.

The base engine is a 3.7-liter V6, but for drivers that are serious about rapid acceleration the company also offers a 5.6-liter V8. The latter of these two powerplants is good for 420 horses and 417 lb-ft of twist. A seven-speed automatic is the sole transmission offered in the Q70. All-wheel drive is available with either engine.

Moving on, Acura has taken a different approach with its RLX. In top-level trim, this car features a hybrid drivetrain. Centered around a 3.5-liter gasoline V6, this system delivers a total of 377 horses and 341 lb-ft of torque, better numbers than you might expect.

Contributing to those figures are three, yes THREE electric motors, one mounted at the front and two powering the car’s rear wheels. This gives it four-corner traction and torque vectoring for better handling. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is responsible for shifting.

As for fuel economy, this top-level RLX should be quite economical for a luxury car. It should return 28 miles per gallon in urban conditions, 32 on the highway and 30 combined. Obviously, the V8-powered Infiniti is significantly less economical, averaging just 19 MPG according to the EPA.

OK, so those are the competitors in today’s poll, which of these luxury sedans do you prefer? Which one would you rather make monthly payments on? If you need more information you can compare them directly right here, but please, remember to vote in the poll!
