Spy photographers have captured a video of the new Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 testing on the Nurburgring.
We recently received spy photos of an aggressively styled Chevrolet Camaro testing at the ‘Ring and it’s looking more likely that it will be the upcoming Z/28 variant. Along with plenty of aerodynamic upgrades concealed under all the camouflage, the prototype boasts a massive rear spoiler, which suits the track-focused mantra of the Z/28. The big question is what will be powering the new Camaro Z/28 and we might just have the answer.

The previous-generation Z/28 was powered by a naturally aspirated 7.0-liter V8 with 505 horsepower, and rumor had it that GM could turn to the supercharged V8 found in the ZL1 or even use a new twin-turbo V6 unit. Well, those who didn’t want forced induction will be pleased, as a new video sent by our spy photographers reveal that this particular Camaro prototype is naturally aspirated.
