Henrik Fisker has released a teaser image of his first new car.
Earlier this month, Fisker revealed he has created Fisker, Inc. and plans to launch a new, premium all-electric vehicle sporting his name. Giving us a first look at what to expect, Fisker has tweeted the above image with the caption: “A Breakthrough: Innovative new butterfly doors in our new Fisker model, for easier ingress/egress.” He also promises that more will be shared next week on the new vehicle.

Fisker’s first attempt at creating electric vehicles didn’t go as smoothly as he would have liked. Fisker Automotive was eventually purchased by China’s Wanxiang, which has since renamed the company Karma. The original Fisker Karma is being relaunched as the Karma Revero.
But it won’t just be cars that Fisker is developing, as Fisker Nanotech will be the new company’s battery division. Although there aren’t very many details on Fisker’s new car, he did say it will be a “spiritual successor” to the original Karma he designed.
