Lincoln is testing a new program in Miami this year that will provide chauffeurs on demand.
Called Lincoln Chauffeur, the service will allow Lincoln owners to request a personal chauffeur through an app, who will come and drive them wherever they’d like. Afterward, the driver will then take the car back to the driver’s home, allowing other household members to also use the car. This might be useful so drivers can avoid paying for parking when going to the airport or other locations with limited parking. A Lincoln representative also told that a driver could be sent to a bar or restaurant to pick up a car left behind if the owner took a cab or ride-sharing service home after drinking.

But that’s not all. Lincoln Chauffeur will do tasks like filling up your gas tank or even picking up groceries or any other errands. The Lincoln drivers are employed and vetted by Lincoln, and the American automaker will do its best to accommodate owners if they want to request the same driver.
The service is in the pilot stage is and first being tested in Miami, Florida, before heading to San Diego, California. It’s available to any and all Lincoln owners and new buyers will be given the equivalent of eight hours free in service. The company estimates it will cost $30 per hour afterwards.
