General Motors has issued a stop-sale order on a small number of Chevy Colorados, GMC Canyons and Chevy Malibu sedans.

Roughly 1,750 vehicles are affected in total from the 2016 model year. According to a notice sent to dealers, these vehicles can experience a problem where the second stage of the driver’s airbag may not deploy properly in a high-speed crash. If this happens, the airbag won’t fill as quickly as it should, which could result in an injury.

As of now, no injuries have been reported as a result of this issue. GM did not name the company that supplied the faulty airbags, though the brand did confirm that they are not from Japanese company Takata which is currently embroiled in a recall of millions of faulty airbags.
