Chevrolet is previewing what it will bring to the 2016 SEMA Show.

Like other automakers such as Ford and Hyundai, Chevrolet will have a wide collection of vehicles in Las Vegas early next month, including these two Blue Line concepts based on the Cruze hatchback and Malibu sedan. Both of the concept vehicles have Genesis White exteriors that have been further accented with blue-tinted windows and 18-inch wheels painted in slate blue metallic. According to the American automaker, the production and concept accessories were developed in Chevrolet’s design studio alongside the vehicles.

On the Chevrolet Malibu Blue Line, the sedan receives a ground effects kit with a rear diffuser, black grille insert, black Chevrolet bow tie emblems, rear spoiler, suspension lowering kit, floor liners with premium metal badging, illuminated doorsills and a sport pedal kit. The suspension kit puts the Malibu 0.4 inches (10 mm) closer to the ground and the concept also features a concept Chevrolet Performance brake kit that has been painted Harbor Gray Metallic.

The Cruze hatchback gets a similar treatment except with a chrome grille insert and performance upgrades in the form of an air intake and an exhaust system. Both the chrome grille insert and suspension lowering kit used on the Cruze hatchback are available now, while the performance brake package can be purchased by the end of the year. The intake and exhaust should be available by mid-2017.

“The Chevrolet Blue Line Series concepts integrate accessories that offer greater personalization choices for customers,” said Roger McCormack, director, Accessories and Performance Parts Marketing. “Each vehicle wears production and concept accessories thematically linked under the Blue Line Series banner. We look forward to gauging public reaction at the SEMA Show and other venues.”
