Power will likely come from a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine, with some reports claiming that 500 horsepower will be on tap. Weight loss of roughly 220 pounds is also expected, helping the new performance crossover hustle to top speed.
Like all other M models, you can also expect sport-focused upgrades including revised suspension, steering and braking along with a host of visual changes like lower skirts and a more aggressive looking front end.
