This is the Honda Civic Type R that will finally be sold in the U.S.
Sporting 306 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque from a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the Civic that enthusiasts have been waiting decades for will be at dealerships this spring. Honda promises it will be priced in the mid-$30,000 range and it will only be available with a six-speed manual transmission, as it should be. It’ll continue to be front-wheel drive with a new four-wheel adaptive suspension system, ensuring it’ll be plenty fun-to-drive.
