The SE trim we tested for the Challenge differentiates itself from the base model with its subtly sportier appearance. Our tester had 17-inch machined aluminum alloy wheels with dark accents, a power tilt/slide moonroof, multi-LED headlights with LED accent lights, bumper-mounted LED daytime running lights and color-keyed heated power outside mirrors.

Inside, our Corolla was appointed with leatherlike seats, an eight-way power adjustable driver seat and four-way passenger seat, Entune Audio with a 7-inch touchscreen, a smart key system with push-button start, a 4.2-inch color TFT display in the gauge cluster and automatic climate control.

Check back to see how the Corolla fared against competitors in the 2017 Compact Sedan Challenge coming soon. In the meantime, check out the photo gallery above.
