The 2017 BMW Alpina B7 costs significantly more than the standard 7 Series.
Starting from $137,995 including destination, the 2017 BMW Alpina B7 is nearly $40,000 more than the range-topping BMW 750i xDrive that starts from $98,595.
Introduced earlier this year, the new BMW Alpina B7 features a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 600 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque, giving it a zero-to-60 mph time of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 193 mph. The engine is paired to a eight-speed Sport Automatic Transmission with Alpina Switch-Tronic.
Standard equipment on the luxury sports sedan includes integral active steering, the autobahn package, display key, panorama moonroof, wireless charging with Wi-Fi hotspot, gesture control, power side window shades with TouchSense ambience lighting and front massage seats.

The entry-level BMW 740i starts at $82,495 while xDrive all-wheel drive will cost $3,000 additional. The standard BMW 750i costs $95,595. For the 2017 model year, BMW added the Display Key as standard equipment while options include M Sport brakes and Remote Controlled Parking.
