An updated version of Acura’s compact crossover will be unveiled at this years Chicago Auto Show.
Acura is promising that its upcoming 2016 RDX will come with a long list of styling and performance improvements in addition to new luxury and safety features. We’d expect the AcuraWatch suite of safety systems including lane departure warning, forward collision warning and blind-spot warning to make it into the new RDX.
The company is also promising a fresh exterior and interior design for the crossover. It’s unclear if the new styling cues will include big changes for the crossover or something more refined, similar to how Acura smoothed out the design of the 2015 ILX. We’d bet on the latter.
