The 2014 Buick Regal will go on sale later this year with a starting price of $30,615 including a $925 destination fee.
The 2014 Buick Regal will be available with two powertrain options, including a new standard 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 259 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, which is 18 percent more power than the 2013 Regal Turbo. Mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, the new standard engine delivers 21 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway, a 17 percent improvement over the outgoing model year. The Regal Turbo can also be had with AWD starting from at $32,790.
The 2.4-liter, four-cylinder with eAssist carries over and will start at $32,485 while delivering 36 mpg on the highway. The American automaker has also added an all-wheel-drive model to the lineup which will be priced from $32,790.
But sitting at the top of the range now is a Buick Regal GS model priced at $37,830 while the Buick Regal GS AWD will be $40,195. The GS includes HID headlights, sport seats with leather seating surfaces, eight-inch full color driver information cluster and display, navigation, Bose premium audio, HiPer Strut front suspension, Computer Damping Control, Interactive Drive Control with Sport and GS modes, Brembo four-piston front brake calipers and 19-inch wheels. The Buick Regal GS is powered by the new 2.0-liter turbo engine.
