The problem: After coming to a stop, the vehicle will not move. The transmission may appear to have gone into Neutral, even though the gearshift has not been moved and the driver info center indicates the vehicle is still in Drive. If the vehicle is shut off and restarted, everything returns to normal. This may be caused by a transmission control module software issue.

Corrective action: Dealers will update the transmission control module software.

Warranty info: This repair is being done free of charge under the new-vehicle limited warranty of five years/60,000 miles, whichever comes first.
