To recognize its win at the Nurburgring 24 hours last year, Audi has put together a special limited-edition R8 V10 model.

Known as the R8 Selection 24h, just 24 units of this special car will be built in total, each one featuring its own serial number engraved into the door sills. The essentials stay the same for this special edition; a 5.2-liter V10 is mid-mounted, cranking out 610 horsepower, capable of shooting this car to 62 mph from a standstill in 3.2 seconds.

All Selection 24h cars will come with Audi dynamic steering, adaptive damper control and laser lighting as standard.

Each model comes in Suzuka grey with black and red highlights to mimic the race car’s livery. Matte-finish R8 24h logos are found on the car’s sideblades, which are one among many of the car’s body panels made from carbon fiber. Black trimmed-tailpipes and 20-inch aluminum wheels help to complete the exterior looks.

Moving inside, everything is leather wrapped and trimmed with grey piping. Alcantara is used for the headlining, while gloss-finish carbon fiber and carbon fiber reinforced plastic are all used for the dash. R8 24h logos are also found in the dash inlays.

The car will be on display for the first time at this year’s 24 hours of Nurburgring. Order books will open for the car on May 10, 2016. Pricing for the special edition starts at 229,000 Euros in Germany.
